Zero Infinito White Wine Vinegar by Pojer and Sandri is an organic vinegar, obtained from the slow acetification in wooden barrels of white wine from Solaris grapes, with a superficial static method (approximately 1-2 years). It is the first vinegar ever produced in purity, without any chemical intervention in the vineyard, cellar or vinegar factory.
