This Grappa has been patiently kept in the underground cellars of the Distillery in small French oak barrels.
A tribute to Bassano del Grappa, the capital of Grappa, and to the Poli Grappa Museum which is located in front of the Ponte Vecchio, symbol of the city, designed by the architect Andrea Palladio in the 16th century.


Raw material: marc from a cuvée of typical vines of the area

Distillation: artisanal, in small batches, with copper alembic with discontinuous cycle steam boilers

Aroma: ample of toasted wood, licorice and coffee

Taste: complex, well structured, with an aftertaste of vanilla and cocoa
