Obtained following the original family manuscript containing the ancient recipe, with natural raw materials such as Raboso wine, "good taste" alcohol, cane sugar, Venetian grappa, natural flavors and a particular long aging.
The passage of time makes a selection between what is and is not, between what is worth remembering and how much to get lost in oblivion. Elisir Gambrinus is a handmade and natural product, with time it evolves, modifies, changes its scents and the sensations diversify in a sometimes unpredictable way because the twenty-two ingredients interact differently following the time available to them.

The main ingredient of this liqueur is Raboso wine obtained from the homonymous ancient autochthonous grape grown in the territory made fertile by the Piave river.
The passing of the seasons will enhance the flavors and aromas, while the lively color will diminish with maturity.
It is the natural and genuine evolution of this Typical Artisan Specialty which in my opinion represents the di-wine spirit of Raboso.

Grape varieties: Raboso Piave
Production area: San Polo di Piave (Treviso) Italy
Conservation and aging: Matures in 48, 53, 71 hl Slavonian oak barrels and partly in barriques.
Processing: After at least four to five years of aging.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Color: Deep ruby red tending to garnet with violet reflections, limpid, excellent compactness and consistency
Aromas: Large, pleasant, slightly pungent, with the initial fruity and ethereal impact of morello cherry, wild blackberry, pomace, the scent of hay and spiced vanilla take over
Taste: Sweet, harmonious, dry, typically tannic, quickly frees with great force, the bouquet is reminiscent of violet (violet)
Aftertaste: The great "warmth" is flanked by a soft and sweet fruity, which, with great slowness, is replaced by a slight cherry aftertaste.
