100% Chardonnay grapes
Soil composition Of morainic origin, it shows a good presence of skeleton on calcareous rocks. The texture is of medium texture with a good supply of clay; an organic fertilization every four years is the only intervention of natural integration.
100% Chardonnay grape variety from the company's vineyards – “Campi n. 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 / 12” – Cultivation partly with Guyot spinning and partly with modified Trentino pergola.
Vinification Harvest by hand in small crates - soft pressing of the whole bunches - first fermentation partly in steel, partly in small oak barrels (about 15% of the base wine).
Cuvée Obtained from the union of Chardonnay wines from the various owned plots.
Second fermentation The second fermentation takes place with the traditional classic method.
Disgorgement The disgorgement operation is carried out after the wine has matured in contact with the lees for at least 30 months. Reference vintage indicated on the label.
Residual sugar Maximum 6 grams/litre - BRUT.

At the sight straw yellow, full and decisive taste, with hints of citrus. It is the blanc de blanc that serves as the company's business card. The Balter Brut cuvée is obtained from different fields, a part raised according to the tradition of the Trantina pergola combined with others inspired by the French style.
