Our artisan SUPER panettone meets the unique taste of Sicilian pistachio.
A soft naturally leavened dough is filled with candied fruit and a delicious pistachio praline.
Finally, it is glazed with white chocolate and pistachio, enriched with Maldon salt and chopped pistachios.

A new tin to collect, with an elegant and sophisticated design, contains our SUPER Panettone.

INGREDIENTS:

Type “00” soft wheat flour (gluten), sultanas 21%, butter, fresh pasteurized egg yolk, candied orange and citron peels 14% (orange and citron peels, fructose glucose syrup, sucrose, acidity regulator: citric acid), granulated sugar, mother yeast [type “00” soft wheat flour (gluten), water], emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, salt, natural flavourings, pistachio praline 2 % (pistachios, sugar, almonds). Glaze: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, natural vanilla extract), sunflower oil, pistachio paste (3%). Decoration: chopped pistachios (0.5%), Maldon salt
