A "Mediterranean" reinterpretation of Gin obtained primarily from the distillation of partially fermented wine, decidedly a departure from the traditional concept of London Dry Gin.

The result is a spirit with the sweetness and power worthy of a high-class eau de parfum. The base notes are characterized by the softness of vanilla and dried Muscat grapes.

OdeV Italian Gin "Black" is a Dry Gin of vinous origin (obtained from the distillation of partially fermented wine). As with vodka, we also pursue the concept of a "MEDITERRANEAN DISTILLATE" with gin. The Mediterranean means sun. The sun means roundness, softness, complexity, explosive aromas. This is the idea we pursued in trying to determine the recipe for the botanicals that characterize "Black" and "White." Black is a highly aromatic, complex, and elegant gin, quite smooth, but less smooth than the "White" variant due to a lower presence of vanilla pods, the absence of figs, and a light smokiness from the rosemary. In short, a "super gin" capable of making a gin and tonic such a pleasant and satisfying experience that it becomes an alternative to wine.

Aroma and Flavor: absolutely unique. Harmony, purity, and delicacy are the most perceptible aspects. "O de V" is a crystalline vodka with delicately floral and fruity nuances, refined notes of apricot and peach accompanied by subtle hints of white acacia flowers.
