A "Mediterranean" reinterpretation of vodka, obtained primarily from the distillation of partially fermented wine. O de V is flavored by cold-macerating chinotto peels for 40 days in full-strength vodka, after which the product is diluted to a final strength of 40%.

By exploiting the remarkable organoleptic qualities of several international and native semi-aromatic grape varieties (primarily Chardonnay, Glera, Incrocio Manzoni) and all the ingredients derived from them: wine, must, pulp, and the skins themselves, we have created a product of the highest quality. Distillation occurs in five distinct phases. The first four distillations are designed to separate and exclude unwanted chemical and organic compounds. The fifth distillation, performed with a state-of-the-art still, is designed to highlight the delicate aromatic characteristics of the grape varieties. The final-strength O de V is left to rest for a short period and then passed through a bed of natural charcoal and dried birch bark flakes. Filtration occurs in several stages: by decantation, followed by sifting with linen cloths, roughing with traditional filters, micro-organic purification under electrostatic tension, and finally with cross-flow filters, rendering the product completely and perfectly pure. The full-strength O de V is flavored by cold-maceration infusion of chinotto peels for 40 days, after which the product is diluted and brought to a final strength of 40%.

Aroma and Flavor: Didactic in its ability to express the aroma and flavor of chinotto. Harmony, purity, and delicacy are the most perceptible aspects. "O de V" is a surprisingly eclectic flavored vodka, perfect for both neat and mixed drinks. A pleasant energy envelops the palate, yet it is soft and velvety in its fruity persistence. The alcohol content is delicately perceptible.
