From their first visit to Olfattorio, Riccardo and Giancarlo Camanini immediately connected with Baldo Baldinini's philosophy and creativity. Hence the idea and desire to create a product together that celebrates their friendship and "distills" the essence of Lake Garda, the brothers' long-standing favorite spot for their business.

The Product

Camanini Dry Gin is the result of the union of several top-quality distillates and spirits, expertly produced and blended. The meticulous processing of raw materials, carefully selected by Baldo Baldinini, guarantees the characteristic properties of every DIBALDO spirit.

Interesting Facts

The gin's design and label, featuring Baldo Baldinini's beloved pentagram, are inspired by the colors seen from the windows of Lido 84, the restaurant founded by the Camanini brothers, overlooking the western shore of Lake Garda.

Tasting Tips

Chilled, neat, or mixed. For a Gin and Tonic, we recommend pairing it with neutral tonics and using plenty of ice, to allow Camanini Dry Gin to fully express its aromatic accords. Camanini's concentration means that 3 cl of gin paired with 18 cl of tonic creates a complete and balanced Gin and Tonic.
