Ingredients: Emilia-Romagna red wine, sugar, alcohol, infusion of over 25 aromatic herbs and spices processed with artisan care.

The top note of 721 is an unmistakable sweet, enveloping rose, which surprises with its clarity.

Immediately intense, the perfume of the 721 then develops its heart notes evoking hints of berries and selected absinthes.

The base notes, more persistent and deep, arrive like a crescendo of strings that brings with it elegant continental bark spices, notes of vanilla and pastry with a finish of soft tannins, acacia honey and violet.

On the palate it manifests itself as an "Vermouth off the rails", rich in ripe red fruit pulp with evidence of wild black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, red grape and final notes of myrtle. Very rich in aroma and sweetness, it continues to sharpen in a bouquet of fine, elegant botanicals and ends in a dry, clean finish all in cocoa bean, vanilla, apricot and delicate pepper.

With its brilliant reflections, 721 Vermouth Rosso owes its beautiful cherry red color only to the fantastic blend of red wine from Emilia-Romagna used in the infusion.
