The 330 slm Bianco Frizzante is a simple and sunny sparkling wine. Its name comes from the 450 meters above sea level of the vineyard from which it comes. Hints of exotic fruit, citrus, and minerals are immediately noticeable. Once tasted, freshness and flavor make the wine easy to drink, aided by a fine bubble as a constant background.

The result

Tasting notes: Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, a floral bouquet of fresh fruit accompanies a balsamic finish, with hints of iodine and minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh and dynamic, finishing with a delicate almond note.

Pairing: This is a light, easy-drinking wine that invites conviviality. Perfect as an aperitif, it also pairs well with fish-based first courses from the Venetian Lagoon.
