From an unfiltered, top-fermented double malt lager brewed for us since 1995, we obtain our Beer Distillate: full-bodied and harmonious, with characteristic foamy notes and pronounced aromas of rustic pears, yellow fruit, and yeast. On the palate, it's rounded and vinous, expressing its noble raw materials: barley, malt, and hops. At this level, it pairs very well with a light cigar and a moderately rich chocolate. We recommend enjoying our beer distillate chilled: chill your glass before serving and try it; you'll be amazed.
