The tripolines have a historical name linked to the colonial era in which Tripoli, the current capital of Libya, was under the Italian empire. The Tripolino nougat covered with Chocolate Fondente has the same recipe as the white crumbly nougat, which once cooled, is covered with extra dark chocolate.
INGREDIENTS NOUGAT 65%: Piedmont hazelnut I.G.P. (45%), honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, wafers (potato starch, water, olive oil), natural vanilla from Madagascar, corn starch.
INGREDIENTS EXTRA DARK CHOCOLATE 35%: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa min. 50.2%.
