The typical recipe of Valtellina. An extremely rich dessert where walnuts, figs, sultanas, candied orange peel and cedar cubes meet.
To be cut into very thin slices to savor a mix of intense and harmonious flavors.
Wheat flour, walnuts 11%, figs 11%, sultanas 11%, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural mother yeast (wheat) 5%, candied orange and cedar bark (orange cubes, cubes of citron, ground orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), honey, skimmed milk powder, barley malt extract, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, natural flavors of citrus fruits, vanillin, preservative: sorbic acid.
