The processing is very similar to classic sweet and sour onions, in this version enriched with a drop of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP for an even more intense flavor and a truly inviting colour.
The handwork is done rigorously from fresh product.

Ingredients: onions, wine vinegar*, water, sugar, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. 13% on the liquid [wine vinegar (wine, antioxidant: potassium METABISULPHITE), concentrated grape must, colouring: E150d], white wine*, salt, olive oil, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, spices and aromatic plants. *Contains sulfites.
