With the aroma and taste of freshly squeezed lemons, including extracts of Sicilian lemons obtained with the "blending-press" process, we have created a delicious and sparkling lemonade. Perfectly balanced to be mixed with fruit cup, vodka or gin of the best quality, it is just as good to taste as a sophisticated soft drink.

TASTE
Using a process called blending, normally used only by expert perfumers, we are able to extract both the oils from the peel and the juice from the fruit of our Sicilian lemons, thus creating a sweet, round and delicate taste.

MAIN INGREDIENTS
The spring water we use in our Sicilian Lemonade is carbonated with very small bubbles to create a velvety sensation on the palate. To this we add a small part of juice and the oils from the peel of Sicilian lemons and sugar to create a delicate and refreshing lemonade without cloying aftertaste.

Some of the finest lemons in the world grow in Sicily, whose extracts are used in our Lemon Tonic Water and Sicilian Lemonade. To extract high quality oils from the peel of these lemons, we use the "blending" machine, which squeezes the fruits with exceptional delicacy (a process that is usually reserved for perfume companies). It is thanks to the extraction of these oils that we can give our lemon-based mixers a fresh and sour aroma. Ours is the only drink company that uses such high quality extracts.
