Traditional Piedmontese liqueur obtained using only fresh raspberries, collected totally in Piedmont. The product, whose base can be prepared only in summer because it is based on fresh fruit, is created starting from an infusion of raspberries with alcohol and sugar. After a period of rest in steel tanks, the infusion is pressed to extract its juice and give the product its typical color. Finally, it is again mixed with an infusion of alcohol and spices. Liqueur which has a brilliant ruby red, is characterized by the sugary note of the fruit and a delicate floral scent. Perfect for those who love sweet aromas and the slight perception of alcohol.
