It is among the most appreciated cachaças in Brazil for its delicate fragrance due to its double distillation. It is particular in the production of Caipirinha or fruit cocktail (maracuja, pineapple, coconut, mango etc ...) or ... pure drink with or without ice. PREPARATION CAIPIRINHA GOLD: Ingredients: 1 Lime cut into cubes; 3 teaspoons of sugar; 5cl. of VELHO BARREIRO GOLD cachaça and crushed ice. Preparation: In a 20cl glass crush the lime together with the sugar, add the VELHO BARREIRO GOLD cachaça (5cl.) and then the crushed ice.
