34% vol. In remote times the Borsci, originating in the Caucasus, following political upheavals moved to Albania. A branch of the family following the hero Giorgio Castriota Scanderbeg, moved to Puglia and in the far 1840 in the small town of San Marzano di San Giuseppe the liqueurist Giuseppe Borsci inspired by an ancient recipe inherited from his ancestors perfected and began to produce his Elisir putting the words "Oriental Speciality" together with the double-headed eagle from its origins on the historic yellow label.
