It is the wine that has made us known and that at every harvest represents a challenge. The decision to focus on noble mold pushes us every year to a ruthless selection of grapes and, when nature is not propitious to us, forces us to give up. A sacrifice that we believe is rewarded by a wine of incredible structure, character and longevity. The most cherished vintages are 1987, the first thousandth product, 1992, the year of the turning point in the selection of grapes, and finally 1998, 2001, 2006 and 2013: memorable harvests for concentration and purity of noble mold.
