The crumbly nougat produced according to the ancient family recipe, is placed in a chocolate alveolus together with a rum, honey and raisin cream that maintains its humidity.
INGREDIENTS: 59% extra dark chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, anhydrous butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa min. 50.2%), Barbero nougat 15% (Piedmont hazelnut IGP 45 %, honey, sugar, glucose syrup, egg white, natural Madagascar vanilla, corn starch), raisins, honey, rum 5%.
