Fruity on the nose, earthy on the palate. "A" is a red wine
obtained from Centesimino grapes fermented in Georgian amphorae
(Kvevri). It began as a
historical and cultural project, an exchange of
techniques and experiences between some Georgian
producers and others from Emilia-Romagna. Reflecting
the values and knowledge of the past, we chose the
name "A," the first letter of the alphabet, which, like winemaking,
has been passed down from time immemorial in the
countries of the Mediterranean basin.
Yield: 0.8-1 kg per plant

Harvest: Manual, first week of October
Soil: Loamy soil with Messinian sands and evolved red clays typical of the area
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation and maceration in Georgian terracotta amphorae (Kvevri)
