This artisanal gin, produced on the Isle of Raasay,

part of the Hebridean archipelago,

combines ten carefully selected

botanicals, including Raasay juniper,

orange and lemon peel, rhubarb root,

angelica, iris and liquorice, coriander seeds,

cubeb pepper.

The Isle of Raasay distillery, located in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, embodies the transformation of distilling from a clandestine practice to a legal and appreciated celebration. Founded in 2017 by Bill Bobble and Alasdair Day, it is the first legal distillery on the island, with a long history of community resilience.
