RIVO Gin presents itself with a balsamic aroma characterized by floral and fruity notes accompanied by light hints of undergrowth.

The flavor is complex but soft, rich in fruity, spicy and herbal hints, with a long finish and characterized by botanical notes.

Melissa, together with thyme give the main flavor connotation to RIVO Gin.

This combination of fresh notes makes RIVO Gin versatile for both a classic cocktail and for modern mixing.

It was a spring day and the lake, as

always, showed its splendor:

imposing mountains, deep blue waters and waves

shimmering in the sunlight. The breeze carried the

fresh scent of spring.

Surrounded by such beauty we thought:

there must be a way to bring all this into a bottle.

And that's what we decided to do:

create RIVO Gin.
