CandeGIN is a London Dry Gin without artificial flavors or sugar. Distillation takes place in a small copper still equipped with a gin basket, which allows for optimal extraction of aromas. The most robust botanicals are immersed in the boiler, while the more delicate ones are placed in the basket to ensure a more refined aromatic profile. The slow and meticulous distillation lasts no less than six hours. The distillate is then gradually diluted with osmotic water until the ideal bottling strength is reached.
