Nicola Gatta Produces his wines by hand on the limestone hills of Gussago, on the edge of Franciacorta.

CHARDONNAY, PINOT NERO - EXTRA BRUT

IN THE CELLAR ONLY SPONTANEOUS FERMENTATIONS WITH INDIGENOUS YEASTS.

NO CLARIFIERS OR STABILIZERS ARE USED.

ZERO ADDED SULPHITES.

Maturation of 40 moons (about 40 months) and a blend in which I use Pinot Noir vinified in white.

No added sulphites. Evolution on the nose, dry and explosive on the palate.
