MARAI de MARAI ULTRABUT was born from an ancient recipe of grandfather Gìo, revised in a modern key by Foss Marai in 2023.

Produced from a blend of native grapes using the "Sant'Antonio" yeast. ULTRABRUT the Charmat-Martinotti method sparkling wine with an incredible harmony of flavor and olfactory finesse in the absence of sugars, with a slightly intense, clear straw yellow color, a very fine and persistent perlage.
