TASTING NOTES

Intense red with purple reflections

Hints of spices, with a clear

balsamic note as well as blackberry jam

Balanced, soft, and enveloping.

Wine with an impressive structure

WINEMAKING

Maceration of the skins for approximately 12 days. Fermentation at 28-30°C, separate for each

variety. Frequent pumping over and delestage. Light bleeding.

AGEING

In mainly new oak barrels for 12-18 months.
