DISTILLATION Distillation is carried out in stills at 65 °C to obtain excellent spirits.

BOUQUET Predominant hints of vanilla and fruit.

PAIRINGS Ideal to drink in goblets suitable for great aged distillates.

TASTE In the mouth it is warm and full, with flavors that recall raisins and dried figs. It is velvety, with a long and pleasant finish.

NOTES Founded in 1877 by Sir Alexander Williams and Arthur Humbert. For over 130 years, a symbol of tradition and quality, Bodegas Williams&Humbert has actively participated in the creation of the Jerez denomination of origin. Xérès Brandy is recognized as one of the most prestigious wineries in the world.
