DISTILLATION The distillation is carried out in stills at 65° to obtain excellent spirits.

BOUQUET Evident aromas of sherry and in particular of sweet Pedro Ximenez, characteristic of Ron Dos Maderas PX 5+ 5.

PAIRINGS Ideal to drink in goblets suitable for great aged distillates.

TASTE On the palate an initial sensation of a round and dry ron, then the subtle notes of softness and sweetness of the Pedro Ximenez barrels begin to emerge, leaving a pleasant medium-sweet aftertaste.
