Type of distillation/production techniques:

We start with a neutral cereal distillate from a continuous distillation that is then re-distilled in a copper still together with aromatic herbs (juniper, coriander, angelica and others). The oriental touch is given by Yuzu lemons, the delicate notes of cherry blossoms and the typical sake from the Kobe district.
