Extra dark chocolate 80% | enveloping blend

An absolute novelty in the Amedei line of classic blends, Toscano Black 80 is a warm, enveloping, velvety blend. Obtained from the researched union of the seeds of Ghana, Madagascar, Venezuela and Grenada. An 80% dark chocolate characterized by extreme roundness and a perfect gustatory balance. Despite the high percentage of cocoa, it is a sweet chocolate with a long persistence of secondary aromas. An excellent product that expresses the values of research, craftsmanship and taste of one of the most awarded chocolates in the world.

AROMATIC PROFILE:
HINTS OF CHERRY, RAISINS AND DRIED FRUITS.
Percentage of genetic varieties:

- 56% Trinitarian
- 29% Forastero
- 15% Criollo
