Soil and wine: Our complex terroir offers a composition that is both rich and flavorful (Vallée de la Marne) and fine and chalky (Montagne de Reims).

The three grape varieties express themselves equally, enhancing the soil's impact with vinosity, refinement (35% reserve wines), and aromatic persistence (aged on the lees, chalk).

A full-bodied, refined, and complex wine with autolysed (biscuit) aromas.

A firm texture and creamy bubbles. Chalk is prominent in the finish, delicately saline, long, and flavorful on the palate.
