TASTE ASPECT

Balsamic, savory, immediately juniper and then an explosive crescendo of fresh citrus fruits to finish again on the delicately saline notes of the River Murray.

MELISSA
Plant with green leaves rich in various beneficial properties. Aromatic and medicinal herb with a fresh lemon scent.

MURRAY RIVER SALT
Rich in minerals and substances contained in some algae, such as carotene, which give a delicate apricot color to the salt flakes. Murray River salt has a mild, sweet flavor.

JUNIPER
Slight bitter and resinous scent with a strong balsamic note.

FINGER LIME
Of Australian origin also known as lemon caviar. Flavor similar to lemon with highly digestive properties.

CARDAMOM
Ancient spice obtained from the seeds of a tropical herbaceous plant. Balsamic and refreshing aroma with floral and lemon flavor gives a fresh and pungent taste.

CEDAR
With a bitterish sour taste.
