The Chromatique cuvée is a blend

from the estate's various plots.

It therefore includes vines from the terroir of

Mesnil-sur-Oger, primarily on the lower slopes

with very calcareous soil, and vines from the

terroir of Oger with richer soil.

VITICULTURE: Respect for living organisms and the soil.

No synthetic pesticides.

Consideration of lunar cycles in

the vineyard.

Use of plants in herbal teas and decoctions.

VINIFICATION: Natural with

spontaneous fermentation.

2022 Harvest

30% vinification in oak barrels

30% vinification in stainless steel tanks

40% reserve wine

Complete malolactic fermentation.

BOTTLING: August 2023;
