Directly from the wild cherries of our forests and mountains: a distillate made with great care and passion from an exceptional yet complex raw material. Wild cherries, in addition to being difficult to find, are also difficult to harvest because they are tall trees and, even when ripe, are difficult to separate from the stalk. Furthermore, they must be pitted, the stalks and any leaves removed, and only the fruit pulp is fermented.

This is why our wild cherry distillate is produced in limited quantities and not every year. But when we manage to produce it, we are always proud of the extraordinary result that nature has once again gifted us.
