WHY
La Felce's In Origine Bianco is a macerated white wine, made from a typical local blend. Intoxicating and flavorful, it combines the crisp, fresh, and savory character of Vermentino with the body of Trebbiano and the enveloping aromas of Malvasia.
WHEN
When you get home, all soaked and shivering from the downpour you just caught, heat a knob of butter with an onion and the shrimp scraps you set aside. Open a bottle of In Origine Bianco, reduce the heat, strain, and let it reduce. Then, a sofa, a blanket, a glass of wine, and a hot shellfish stock.
