A rare grape grown in Alto Adige by a handful of producers who make a late-harvest sweet wine. It's a hard-to-find raw material that we can only obtain in the best years, through persistence with our winemaking friends. When we manage to produce our own Moscato Rosa grape distillate, we're always very proud of the extraordinary result it gives us. Indeed, we obtain an infinite array of aromas in the glass, ranging from exotic spices to rose oil, berries, and tropical fruit. Furthermore, it's a distillate with exceptional longevity; even in an opened bottle, the more time passes, the more positively it evolves. We could call it an eternal distillate.
