PRUNUS AURUM DISTILLATE

Prunus Aurum is the name chosen to evoke the uniqueness of this spirit.

Different varieties of plums and prunes, distilled separately and aged for 6 to 8 years in French oak barrels, are then blended into a single work of art.

Among the wood spirits we produce, this is the one we offer with the highest alcohol content, due to its substantial structure that supports bottling at over 50%. With a marked complexity, it opens with a wide aromatic range of ripe plums and prunes, white flowers, sweet toasted almonds, oranges, lavender, and black tea. On the palate, it is rich, enveloping, spicy, and very long-lasting: savored in small sips, this meditation spirit can delight the palate for hours.

It pairs very well with rich chocolate or a good cigar.
